Who we are

This website, firstclassind.com, is operated by First Class Industries, LLC (“FCI,” “we,” “us”). Our office is at 2645 Madison Ave., Kansas City, MO 64108. Our mailing address is 12641 Antioch Rd. Ste. 126, Overland Park, KS 66213. You can call us at 913-488-6916.

FCI installs commercial kitchen equipment and provides facility services. This site is a business information site. It has no login, no online store and no newsletter.

What we collect

We collect very little. There are three sources:

• The contact form. If you use it, we receive the name, phone number, email address and message you type. Nothing else is required.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider may automatically record standard technical request data, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and date and time, to deliver and secure the site.
• Phone calls. If you call us, we may note your name, number and the reason for your call so we can follow up.

This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or advertising tags. We do not know which pages you visit beyond what ordinary server logs show. See our cookie notice for details.

How we use it

We use what you send us to respond to your inquiry, discuss your project, prepare proposals and run our business, including keeping records. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

Third parties

Two outside services touch this site:

• Formspree (formspree.io) is the form-processing service for the contact form. The contact form is not active yet, so inquiries are by phone and nothing is sent to Formspree. When the contact form is activated, submissions are processed by Formspree: your name, phone, email and message pass through it, and it forwards them to us. Its handling of data is described in Formspree’s privacy policy (opens in a new tab).
• Our hosting provider delivers the site and keeps the server logs described above.

Fonts are served from this website; no font requests go to Google or any other third party.

The “Get directions” link opens Google Maps only if you click it. Links to other sites are outside this policy. We do not share your information with anyone else except where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to handle your request and for ordinary business records. Server logs are kept by the hosting provider under its own schedule. If you ask us to delete your inquiry, we will, unless we need to keep it for a legal or accounting reason.

Your choices and rights

You can call us at 913-488-6916 or use the contact form to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to confirm who you are before we act on a request.

Some state laws, including California’s, give residents rights to know about, correct and delete personal information a business holds, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising. If you live in a state with a privacy law and want to use a right it gives you, contact us the same way and we will handle the request as that law requires.

You can also avoid contact-form data entirely by calling us instead.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the information we receive, and the site is served over HTTPS. No website or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the site or our practices change. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision. If we start using analytics or other tracking, we will update this policy and our cookie notice before we do.
